Single family homes
A single family home is a dwelling in which there are no other units attached. Single family homes generally have yard space either in the front or back, or both and tend to offer a bit more privacy than multi-family dwelling units.
Condos & Townhomes
Condos and Townhomes are dwellings that are generally attached or in close proximity of other units that have identical or similar floorplans. Condos are normally offered as units in large buildings or as cottages and will generally offer a single story open floorplan, although some condos have been known to have multiple levels. Townhomes may also come in cottage style but are generally comprised of two or more levels with a floorplan that is generally a bit more compressed while offering a similar amount of square footage to a condo of the same stature.
Commercial properties are those which are intended for business use. This can be anything from an office in a building to an industrial space in an open area. Commercial properties are generally purchased by those intending to conduct some type pf business although it is quite common for individuals to acquire these types of property for personal use as long as they qualify.
